About

Antler Crest is located in Vail, Arizona just east of Tucson.  The subdivision contains 158 custom home lots, all of which are approximately one acre in size.  Major cross-streets nearby are Camino Loma Alta and Garigans Gulch.  The subdivision was built in two phases beginning in 1995.  The first homes were completed in 1996.

The Antler Crest Home Owners Association is managed by its board of directors.  Board members are elected by the general membership, which consists of all homeowners on record in Antler Crest.  Board members are elected to one-year terms at the Association's annual meeting.

Permit processing (approval) and construction monitoring is handled by the Association's ACC, or Architectural Control Committee.  The ACC must approve all construction projects in Antler Crest; this applies to both new construction and modifications.  The ACC must approve all exterior color choices as well.  Contractors and homeowners are asked to contact the ACC before any work is performed.
